SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Promotion:


Receive free Standard Shipping for purchases of 50 GBP, excluding taxes, promotional sales and discounts.

Order Processing Times:

  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email within the 24 hours of placing your order. If you do not receive it, contact us as soon as possible.All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail. Orders placed after 1:30pm CET will be shipped the following business day. Note: UPS and MRW do not deliver on weekends or holidays.

  • Orders placed on Friday after 1:30pm CET, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday 

  • For orders placed on Friday after 1:30pm CET, the order will be shipped on Monday. 

    Note: During promotional periods, and especially on dates such as ‘Black Friday’ (last weekend of November), once the order is placed we will not be able to accept address changes nor will we be able to cancel orders due to logistics reasons.

    In periods of high workload, Christmas, holidays and Black Friday, there may be delays, where LULUFETEN LTD is not responsible.


    Order Tracking Information:
    Once an order has shipped, we will send you an e-mail with the tracking link information. You can click on the link, which will take you to the shipping carrier’s website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated on the carrier’s site.

LULUFETEN LTD has the right to cancel any irregular order, reimbursing the money.

LULUFETEN LTD is not responsible for any delays or issues once the order has left our warehouse. Once the order is in transit, we will gladly work with the shipping company to assist with any issues.

Shipping Restrictions:
Please ensure that an accurate and complete shipping address is entered, as we are unable to ship orders to PO boxes.
LULUFETEN LTD is not responsible if a Royal Mail Access closes temporarily for vacation, etc and delivery is delayed.

Address Revisions:
If you have placed your order with an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible here. We will make every attempt to process the address adjustment on our end, however once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will be unable to change the address at this time. LULUFETEN LTD, is not responsible for incorrect addresses.

International Taxes and Duties:
LULUFETEN LTD  is not responsible for any import charges, duties or taxes for international sales which may occur upon delivery.
Packages may be delayed due to customs or other external reasons for which LULUFETEN LTD is not responsible.
